Reporting Third Party Misuse of eBay Brand
You may use standard, unaltered screenshots from our websites in print or digital formats for an instructive or illustrative purpose in educational materials. The screenshot must be unaltered in any way, including without limitation, no superimposed graphics, photos, or designs.
“Educational materials” include study materials used for instruction in a classroom or virtual learning environments, as well as materials used to train existing or potential sellers on eBay.
You must agree to the terms of use.
We do not permit third parties to register and/or use a domain name incorporating any of our marks.
We do not permit the use of the eBay logo by third parties on business cards or in marketing or advertising materials. You may use the eBay name descriptively to indicate you sell on eBay or train users how to sell on eBay. You may not use the eBay name in your taglines, business names, product names, or on store signage.
