You may:

• use the eBay Inc. (“eBay”) name and/or names of its companies in a plain text font and format to refer to eBay and/or its companies (for example, “I sell on eBay,” or “Check out my store on eBay”);
• use unaltered screenshots in educational or non-profit materials.
• Educational materials are materials used for instruction in a classroom or virtual learning environment, including, for example, materials used to train existing or potential sellers on eBay.
• Non-profit materials are materials produced by or for the benefit of a non-profit organization for educational, instructional, informational or similar non-commercial purpose.

You may not:

• use the eBay name and/or the names of its companies in your taglines, business names, product names, on store signage, business cards, or merchandise; or in a domain name
• form any combination marks with the names of eBay or any of its companies;
• modify screenshots, including without limitation, adding any superimposed graphics, photos, or designs;
• use the name of eBay and/or any of its companies to suggest that your products or services are sponsored, endorsed by, or affiliated with eBay or its companies;
• use the eBay name, its companies’ names, and/or screenshots in any way that disparages or is otherwise harmful to the business or reputation of eBay and/or its companies.

Reservation of Rights

• eBay reserves the right to revoke your permission to use its trademarks in its sole discretion and/or make its approval of your use contingent on your compliance with any changes eBay may require.
